For our company in Schelle we are looking for a Scanning Operator who can work for the Mailroom project in the day shift. The scheduele is from 8:00 o'clock until 16:00 o'clock. Job Description Tasks: • Open letters from one of our clients • Make these letters scan ready (removing staples, put it on piles, etc....) • Follow procedures from an instruction manual, for example: put the right scanfrontpage at the documents, link documents to the right department, etc. • These tasks need to be done daily and at certain due dates. Qualifications: • Basic computer skills • Ability to maintain confidentiality of records and information • Ability to understand and apply written and oral instructions (in English or Dutch or French) • Achieve the predetermined deadlines • be stress-resistant • Give quality workmanship We look forward to receiving your application!
